Ismaeel has more than 15 years’ experience in private equity investments, equity and debt financing and strategic consulting. He has worked on a variety of international projects – from initial fund-raising to project execution.
Ismaeel specialises in the private equity real estate sector. He also has significant experience advising companies in emerging markets. Ismaeel’s extensive background in UK and emerging markets businesses, only serves to emphasise his authority as Al Sana Group’s CEO.
Dhushy is a chartered certified accountant. He has worked with both startups and established businesses in the UK, Europe, Middle East and the Far East.
Dhushy is an experienced builder of comprehensive sets of controls, accounting operations, and budgets designed to mitigate risk. Additionally, Dhushy is responsible for translating agreed business strategies into ambitious plans that maximise income and margin growth.
Muhammad is a results-driven global finance professional renowned for his sound decision-making, analytical abilities, business acuity and stakeholder management.
He has sixteen years of experience in finance, accounting and systems in the construction and real estate sectors with Wates, BSPS and other major sector players.
Most notably, Muhammad was Head of Finance of a Hong Kong-listed company, Far East Façade, which benefited from a significant increase in income and net assets during his stewardship.
